Q: Is Build with AI available for all plans? And is it available on your mobile app?
A: Build with AI is available for all plans. Teams and Enterprise admins can manage access to Build with AI for their teams. Build with AI is also available on our mobile app to all users that have access to it on the web.
Q: Does Connect work for Google Docs yet?
A: Connect currently includes Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Excel, but we'll have more to share about Google integration updates later in the year—stay tuned!
Q: Do I have to set up Zapier in order to use the Excel function sending answers to Excel?
A: Nope! The new native Excel integration is built right into SurveyMonkey. You can find it under the "Connect Apps" tab for any survey.
Q: Will we get a way to archive Closed surveys? I often look at Open and Draft surveys, but I rarely need to see one once we close it.
A: The new homepage includes a way to filter by Survey Status, so you can easily exclude closed surveys and focus on your active ones.
Q: What options are there to support low-code/no-code users better when it comes to custom integrations?
A: For custom, no-code integrations, SurveyMonkey plugs into Zapier and Microsoft Power Automate, enabling hundreds of no-code possibilities. If you’re looking for additional capabilities, we're always listening to feedback for new features!
Q: Are AI features available for customers with HIPAA-compliant accounts?
A: Build with AI is not currently available for HIPAA-enabled accounts. Other AI-powered features may be available if enabled by your Enterprise administrator. For more information about HIPAA compliance and SurveyMonkey features, check out our Help Center.
Q: Is there a cost for Connect? I don't see it as an app option for my organization.
A: There is no cost for Connect, it's built in and available under the "Connect Apps" tab when working on a survey.
Q: What plan tier will receive access to the content/thematic analysis tools?
A: Our Thematic Analysis feature will be available in beta on the following plans: Advantage, Premier, Team and Enterprise. We'll share more about this as these new features get closer to availability this summer.
Q: Is AI ready for survey creation? When will AI analysis of responses be available?
A: You can use Build with AI to create surveys on web and mobile today! AI-powered sentiment analysis is available today, along with AI-powered insights in our market research solutions. Thematic Analysis and Analyze with AI will be available later this summer.
